Project Management

The classic project management in terms of project planning, project controlling, and project reporting is clearly unpopular, but still has its right to exist and to be applied. Classical project management still makes sense when both the problem and the solution (implementation, design) is sufficiently well known. In this case, we can clearly name and execute the individual processes in the project.
