Refreco GmbH was founded to solve an increasing problem of managing software and hardware development projects to best meet VUCA requirements (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity.
We do this as a service for our clients with the goal of developing successful products, developed by people who can focus on other important things in addition to a demanding and satisfying job.

Die Refreco GmbH wurde durch Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Jürgen Hertweck im Jahre 2016 gegründet. In der Zeit seit 1989 sammelt er Erfahrung in Software-Entwicklungsprojekte und Qualitätsmanagement. Seit 2000 ist er als selbständiger Berater für den Mittelstand und Konzerne als Projektmanager, Scrum Master, Quality Manager aktiv.
